I struggled for quite a while with this one. There were all kinds of ideas, and it wasn't until I isolated Brendon with his arms outstretched that I caught the idea that I ended up going with.

I also tried to use the "Golden Mean" measurements to get the balance. I think it worked out pretty well.

OK, I broke out of the mode! Just a nice gradient for the background, and some cool pics and frames. I like the way this one turned out.

It's been a seriously long time since I've done anything in digital scrapbooking. I've been working on this one off and on for about two weeks, and since Jodi had a big scrapping party over tonight, I thought I'd finish it.

It's an OK layout, but I'm really still stuck in this "big picture background" rut. I think I need to find some other things for pictures.

The first one I've done in three months! Feels like longer! I think that in the interim, I've forgotten more about photoshop than I knew in the first place...
